Shipping policy
Delivery Address
Products will be delivered to the specified delivery address. Please note that we only deliver to addresses located within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and such other places as may be stated in any delivery information on our website.
Delivery Days
We only deliver on working days, being Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays, within the working hours between 8 am and 6 pm. Any statements regarding delivery within a specified number of days should be interpreted as working days. If a bank or other public holiday falls within any delivery period, please allow an additional two working days for delivery.Â
Delivery Timescales
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products by the delivery dates or within the delivery timescales stated in the other contract terms.Â
If we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will let you know and offer an alternative. Under normal circumstances, orders made before 14:00 will be dispatched the same working day.
